Everyone loves a cookie and we wanted to share our love of cookie eating and cookie baking with others. We also like to do things a little bit differently. The Cookie House is crazy and the cookies we sell are also a bit CRAZY – in a fun way!
The Crazy Cookie House is open Friday to Sunday, 9am until we sell out. Although, we reserve the right to sell you cookies on other day’s of the week too!

the Crazy Cookie House and Garden
The Crazy Cookie House is very unique! You’ll not find a farm stand quite like this one anywhere else. The quirky crazy angles and the giant hat shaped roof make this cookie house a perfect place to pick up a crazy cookie and to get a photo! You’ll reach the house by meandering down a pathway through the crazy cookie garden. Bigfoot steps will guide you and you can see lots of gnome activity along the way. A rock pool, a fairy garden and even the antique oven we used to use once upon a time to bake the crazy cookies. Feel free to take your time and enjoy the experience!

The Crazy Cookie House is very unique! You’ll not find a farm stand quite like this one anywhere else. The quirky, crazy angles and the giant hat-shaped roof make this cookie house a perfect place to pick up a Crazy Cookie and to get a photo! Our signature cookie is the CRAZY Cookie – a giant chocolate chip masterpiece that’s literally exploding with fun. Expect rotating varieties packed with candy bars, mini cookies (yes, a cookie eating a cookie), and seasonal surprises. This is the treat that started it all, and it remains the heart of the Cookie House.
Wonder Cookies
Our oatmeal-based Wonder Cookies bring a more sophisticated kind of craziness. Perfect fuel for a hike to Sitting Lady Falls or a wander through Witty’s Lagoon, these cookies are filled and topped with wholesome goodness. Flavours will change often as we experiment with new ingredients, so check back regularly to see what’s fresh from the oven.
Alongside our beloved Crazy Cookies and Wonder Cookies, we’re excited to share a growing collection of classic, handmade treats. From soft, hand decorated Sugar Cookies to warmly spiced Gingerbread and other small batch sweets, these new additions bring even more sweetness to the Cookie House.
Sugar Cookies:
Soft, sweet, and beautifully decorated by hand.
Fudge:
Rich, creamy, and dangerously irresistible.
Gingerbread:
Warm spices and classic comfort.
Toffee:
Buttery crunch with a chocolatey finish.
Marshmallows:
Fluffy, handmade, and melt in your mouth.
Other Homemade Candy:
Small batch sweets that change with the seasons.
pricing and payment
All our treats are individually wrapped, and because they’re homemade with love, each one will be a little different from the next. Prices are listed on the labels.
We also prepare fun packs for special occasions. These include an assortment of cookies and other treats—keep an eye on our Facebook and Instagram accounts for upcoming fun pack events.
Payment can be made by placing money in the cash tin inside the Cookie House or by e-transfer to Helen.McArthur@morello.ca
Please note: we cannot accept payments made through banking apps such as PayPal, Venmo, or Cash App.
If you enjoy your Cookie House experience, you’re always welcome to pay more. We’re a small farm stand operating on an honour system, so please don’t pay less than you owe.

We open around 9 am and stay open until we are sold out, or the sun has gone down for the day.
Our Crazy Cookie House is guarded by Doug H. Dragon. He is supported by Chip the Mouse and high-tech security cameras. So please don’t take anything without paying. You are being watched!
Crazy Cookies are baked in our VIHA inspected and approved commercial kitchen.

The Sitting Lady Falls are beautiful waterfalls just a short 5 minute walk from the parking lot. If you fancy a longer hike you can walk the lagoon trail or the beach trail.
